Hello and welcome! Everyone needs a little support from time to time to get through the difficulties life can throw at you. Life can begin to feel frustrating, overwhelming and even hopeless. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or a family member, counseling can be very helpful in reconnecting with ourselves, repairing relationships, managing stress, problem-solving, self-growth, or learning coping skills. My focus is on an integrative and individualized approach to best address each individuals specific needs. My style can be described as warm, welcoming, & nonjudgmental with hope and humor. My areas of expertise are working with people who have substance use issues or who are in active recovery.  Additional specialties and interest include personal growth, depression or anxiety reduction, self-esteem, spiritual disconnectedness and parenting challenges. About Terri Williams-Glass

Terri Williams-Glass has over 20 years of experience working with people in all stages of addictive disorders, recovery and other mental health concerns. She earned her master’s degree in Counseling Education in 1997 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2007.  Through a collaborative relationship, Terri empowers clients to develop effective coping strategies, make choices based on their values, develop healthy relationships with themselves and others, and to gain an awareness of themselves in order to reach a level of optimal functioning. She believes that through the process of counseling and coaching, individuals can learn to experience a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
