Dual diagnosis, sometimes referred to as “co-occurring” disorders, means a person suffers from drug or alcohol addiction along with other behavioral or mental health; we feel it’s important to address all as primary. We have a psychiatrist who is board certified in addiction medicine and is able to assess and care for our patients with psychiatric needs. Our physician is skilled at addressing psychiatric disorders in a way that enhances recovery.
