Terri Williams-Glass is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Education and is a licensed professional counselor. She trained in Motivational Interviewing, Brainspotting and Psychomotor(PBSP). Terri believes that people with addiction and other mental health disorders are best served when met with compassion and empathy. With over 20 years of experience, Terri’s passion for recovery and for a patient-centered culture help create a safe and creative environment to heal and grow.
Cayce S. Paddock, MD, is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia. She trained in psychiatry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventative Medicine. She is dedicated to improving the quality of the healthcare experience for patients through education and collaborative work. Her passion for education comes from the belief that knowledge drives culture and breaks down the barriers created by stigma.
Connie Guthrie is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Education and is a licensed professional counselor. She has spent years working to change the culture around how survivors of trauma, addiction, and mental disorders are treated. She is trained in Experiential Therapy, Adventure Based Counseling, EMDR, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Trauma Stage Processing and most recently Psychomotor, Her training, and kind compassionate approach allow her to respect the individual client’s resiliency and coping skills and help her find the ideal treatment.
